Privacy Policy

Plain language. No legal theater. Here's how we handle your information.
Who we are
This site is owned and operated by shebuildzbetter, the personal brand of Jessica, based in Kansas City, MO. You can reach us at hello@shebuildzbetter.com.
Information you share and how it is used
If you email Jess, she receives the message and contact details you choose to include and uses them to reply and handle your request.
When you use LeadConnector chat or a booking/application form, the information you choose to submit goes to LeadConnector. Jess uses it to respond and provide the service you requested.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, Substack receives the information you provide there and uses it to deliver the newsletter.
Optional Mux background videos stay off until enabled in Privacy choices. The YouTube testimonial loads only when you choose to play it. Loading chat or video, playing the testimonial, or visiting an external provider sends technical information from your browser—such as your IP address and browser details—to that provider to deliver the requested service or content.
External services
LeadConnector provides booking/application forms and optional chat; Mux streams optional background videos; YouTube serves the testimonial you choose to play; and Substack delivers the newsletter. When you follow a booking or newsletter link, you leave this site and interact directly with that provider. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Privacy choices
Chat and background videos are optional and stay off unless you turn them on. Your choices are saved in this browser and can be changed here at any time. Turning a choice off refreshes the page to stop that optional content from loading again; it cannot undo information already sent to a provider.
SMS and text messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages, you may receive customer care communications, appointment updates, support follow-ups, or service-related messages from shebuildzbetter. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@shebuildzbetter.com. For information you submit directly to an external provider, you can also contact that provider.
