By using this site, purchasing any product or service, or joining any community or program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, just don't use the site or purchase anything.

Everything on this site, the copy, the courses, the frameworks, the templates, the strategies, the systems, is owned by shebuildzbetter. You can use what you buy for your own business. You cannot redistribute, resell, share login credentials, or repurpose our content as your own. That means no screen-recording courses to share, no copying frameworks to sell as yours, no uploading materials anywhere else.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately or on a schedule, we do not offer refunds as a default policy.

For recurring memberships like The Access Room, you can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

We share what we know and what has worked. We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcome depends on your effort, your market, your execution, and a hundred things we can't control. We will always be straight with you about what is realistic.
